Jordan Sellman is a transformation leader and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in organizational design, public-private partnerships, and operational excellence. He has advised global corporations, government agencies, and startups—driving performance across healthcare, biotech, telecom, defense and infrastructure.

An angel investor for more than 12 years in the US, Middle East, and Africa, Jordan has not just deployed capital, but been in the trenches with founders to stand-up and scale their businesses. He currently sits on the board of a UAE Future 100 biotech company.  Previously as strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and other firms, he led large-scale transformations and procurement programs exceeding $2 billion in value. 

Jordan leads operations, post-acquisition integration, and strategic modernization across the Hisma portfolio. Known for his structured thinking, adaptability, and leadership, Jordan ensures businesses scale with purpose and precision.

Richard Nash brings over 20 years of international experience across strategy consulting, corporate finance, and private capital deployment. A former consultant at McKinsey & Co., he has led corporate transformation, capital raising, and investment programs across Africa and the Middle East.

Richard’s work spans multiple countries across 4 continents, where he has delivered strategies, operating models, and multi-sector investment projects—supporting startups, SMEs, and large enterprises alike. His investment experience includes leading the management and growth of four companies with $6M+ AUM, supporting the expansion of over 25 companies, and raising capital across manufacturing, health, tourism, and education.

At Hisma, Richard oversees financial structuring, investor relations, and acquisition strategy, bringing rigor, discipline, and global investor networks to each transaction.
